Monarch Fee Schedule - Direct Hire Monarch Personnel recruits and refers candidates to clients on a contingency basis. Client companies are responsible for the full placement fee only if they hire one of the candidates we've referred. Candidates are never charged a fee either by Monarch or by the firms with whom we work. When a client hires a candidate referred by Monarch Personnel, they will be billed a fee equal to 20% of the candidate's first year salary. In order to protect the investment you've made every placement we make is guaranteed for the first 90 days of employment. This gives both the candidate and the client time to see each other in action and make the appropriate evaluations. During this period we will maintain contact with the candidate and the client to provide feedback and nurture the developing relationship. If the candidate leaves, or is asked to leave the position within the 90 day period, we will either work with you to refill the position or the placement fee will be refunded, whichever you prefer. Monarch Fee Structure - Contract or Temporary Assignments Monarch Personnel Assignment Employees are paid an hourly rate based upon the type of work they are doing.  Employees are paid weekly and clients are invoiced weekly.  You will always know the bill rate for the position before we send out any candidates.
